Before the coaching begins, a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment is conducted to holistically understand your individual needs, life circumstances, and goals. In addition, specially developed questionnaires are used to continuously monitor your current state of recovery and regeneration. These tools provide a precise picture of your stress and recovery capacity. Throughout the coaching process, this helps you document your progress and make long-term successes visible. Based on this, a customized nutritional coaching plan is developed.

Caliper Skin Fold Measurement

Skinfold caliper measurement is a method used to measure the thickness of skin folds at specific points on the body. In nutritional diagnostics, this measurement can provide valuable information about stress, connective tissue strain, and eating habits. Differences in fat distribution can indicate imbalances, and this data allows for the creation of targeted nutrition and training plans tailored to the individual's body. This method is simple yet highly effective for analyzing and improving health. Based on BIA measurements, you're not eating and training blindly, but rather have regular physiological data that makes it easier to choose the optimal path for your health.

Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA)

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a proven method, used clinically among other applications, to measure nutritional and health status at the cellular level. It works by passing a weak, imperceptible electrical current through the body to obtain important data about cell health and body water content. This information helps to better understand your current health status and provides targeted recommendations for nutrition and training. BIA is therefore ideally suited to tracking progress over time as a result of training or dietary changes.

Spiroergometry / Performance diagnostics (incl. Lactate analysis)

Spiroergometry (including lactate analysis) allows us to examine your metabolism under stress (on a bicycle). This allows us to assess the condition and interaction of your cardiovascular and lung systems, and to determine, for example, how much fat and carbohydrates you burn depending on the intensity, and whether your training and nutrition have already been successful or if you should adjust them. It is also a common method for athletes to manage training and for performance diagnostics. Currently, I do not offer performance diagnostics/spiroergometry myself, or only in cooperation with other practices. However, if you have already had recent performance diagnostics performed elsewhere, we can easily incorporate these results into your nutrition and training plan.
