I'm  supporting women in and around Hamburg in hitting the "restart" button, making peace with their bodies, and, through the combination of optimized nutrition, exercise, and mindset work, regaining more energy for the things that bring them joy!

Therefore, my support is not a one-size-fits-all, three-week weight-loss package. I work using a data-driven approach based on various diagnostic methods (caliper measurement, BIA measurement, and performance diagnostics (spiroergometry/lactate)) and thus always tailor it individually to you.

There's no one-size-fits-all diet – it should always be tailored to your body, your daily routine, and your personal circumstances.

In my coaching, the principle is: your body, its metabolism, and your mindset together reveal what's what – including when it comes to nutrition planning.

You can track your diet using an app and receive a personalized nutrition plan after the diagnostic evaluation.

Exercise is essential for a healthy metabolism – but what kind of training and how much? Depending on your current fitness level, I'll work with you to tailor your individual training plan (strength training & endurance) based on the measurements, to boost your metabolism and strengthen your physical resilience in the long term. Do you already have a trainer? Then it makes sense to collaborate based on the diagnostics.

I live in beautiful Hamburg with my husband and find my strength not only in sports (weight training and cycling along the Elbe River), but also in nature, reading, and creative hobbies.
